Colin Meadows, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at o15

Colin Meadows

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to co-founding o15, Colin was a Senior Managing Director with Invesco where he served for 15 years. At Invesco Colin held a variety of business and functional leadership roles including Head of Invesco Private Markets, Head of Invesco Global Institutional, Head of Invesco Digital Ventures, and Chief Administrative Officer. Colin also served as a director on the boards of Invesco Mortgage Capital (NYSE: IVR), Invesco’s publicly traded agency REIT, and Invesco Van Kampen closed-end funds. 


Before joining Invesco Colin worked at GE Capital, Wells Fargo, and McKinsey & Company. Colin earned a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from Andrews University in 1993 and a JD from Harvard Law School in 1996.

Kenneth Saffold, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at o15

KENNETH SAFFOLD

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to co-founding o15, Kenneth Saffold was a Managing Director and a member of BlackRock's Global Credit Platform where he was responsible for originating and executing private credit investment opportunities across the United States. Kenneth also served as an Investment Committee Member for the BlackRock Impact Opportunities Fund, an asset class fund focused on making investments in underserved ethnic group businesses and communities. He was also on the Senior Leadership Team of the BlackRock Atlanta Office. 


Prior to BlackRock, Kenneth held roles with GE Capital and Goldman Sachs. Kenneth received his MBA from The Wharton School and his BA from Morehouse College.

Brian Morris, Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer at o15

Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer

Prior to co-founding o15, Brian was the head of healthcare banking for BankUnited where he led origination and execution of healthcare financings as well as overseeing the bank’s healthcare portfolio activities. Before BankUnited, Brian was a Senior Managing Director at CapitalOne where he held various roles including sponsor finance team lead, head of healthcare originations, head of senior bank loan originations, and had responsibility for all healthcare cash flow underwriting and portfolio management.

Brian also held similar positions with Capital Source, GE Capital, and Bank of America. Brian earned his BBA from The George Washington University and his MBA from Emory University.

Vilmarie Knudsen, Chief Financial Officer at o15

Vilmarie Knudsen

Chief Financial Officer

Vilmarie is the Chief Financial Officer of the Firm and is primarily responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and compliance functions.


Previously, Vilmarie was the Vice President of Finance at Gleeds USA, a leading global property and construction consultancy, where she led finance, accounting, legal, human resources and operations.


Prior to Gleeds, Vilmarie was the Controller of Chatham Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower-middle market lending. While at Chatham, Vilmarie helped to establish the accounting and compliance processes for their SBIC funds. Vilmarie led accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for the SBIC funds.


Vilmarie received her BA with Majors in Accounting, Human Resources and Management from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Javier Davila, Principal at o15

Javier Davila

Principal

Javier is a Principal at o15 and is primarily responsible for originating and executing private credit & equity investment opportunities, as well as portfolio management.


Prior to joining o15, Javier was a Vice President at Truist Securities where he held various roles including Healthcare Services industry coverage, M&A, and capital markets transaction origination and execution. Javier also had responsibility for structuring and underwriting credit products for Private Equity leveraged buyouts across the Healthcare industry while at Truist Securities.


Prior to Truist Securities, Javier held roles at Boyne Capital, CVS Health, and BMO Capital Markets. Javier received his BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Harry Savage, Vice President at o15

Vice President

Harry Savage is a Vice President at o15 and is primarily responsible for originating and executing private credit and equity investment opportunities as well as portfolio management of the Firm’s investments.


Prior to joining o15, Harry was a Vice President at Aliment Capital, a sector-focused private equity firm focused on growth equity investments across the food system, the supply chain, and health and nutrition. At Aliment, Harry was responsible for sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio management through board involvement. Previously, Harry held roles at SunBridge Capital Management, Perella Weinberg Partners, and Sandler O'Neill and Partners. 


Harry received BAs in Philosophy and Finance from The College of William and Mary.

Rebecca Yoseph-Stone, Controller at o15

Rebecca Yoseph-Stone

Controller

Rebecca Yoseph-Stone is a Controller at of the Firm and is primarily responsible for finance, accounting, and compliance functions.


Prior to joining o15, she served various roles at Trident Trust Fund Services, with her most recent role being a Manager. In her roles, she provided fund administrative services to private equity and hedge funds.


Prior to Trident Trust, Rebecca was the Assistant Controller at Chatham Capital, a private equity firm that focused on lower-middle market lending.


She earned her bachelor's degree from Lindsey Wilson College.

Thoba Grenville-Grey, Senior Associate at o15

Thoba Grenville-Grey

Senior Associate

Thoba is a Senior Associate at o15 and is primarily responsible for origination, deal execution and portfolio management of private credit & equity investment opportunities.


Prior to joining o15, Thoba was an Investor at Ethos Private Equity (JSE:EPE), a generalist private equity firm focused on growth equity transactions and leveraged buyouts across emerging markets. While at Ethos, Thoba was responsible for executing transactions, supporting portfolio company transformation, and originating new opportunities in fintech and payments. Previously, Thoba held roles at EQT (STO: EQT), Awethu Project Capital and The Boston Consulting Group.


Thoba received his BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
